Account Manager


Vovici, the leading provider of Enterprise Feedback Management solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to work at our headquarters located in our Dulles, Virginia office. This dynamic organization offers a stable, fast paced environment with potential for growth.

The Account Manager will manage existing accounts and interact with senior management of the company and its clients while involved in account management activities. This unique, hybrid role will allow the right candidate to combine a range of skills into a lucrative opportunity.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting in design and implementation of customer solutions
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities in support of client
  • Working closely with internal professional services to ensure that all work gets performed on time and according to client specifications
  • Seeking additional opportunities to provide services to client
  • Occasionally functioning as team leader or assuming complex project management responsibilities

Qualified candidates will have:

  • College degree preferable
  • Competence with MS Office Suite
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Superior client interfacing skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Detail oriented, ideally with some project management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Experience in IT professional services desirable
  • Experience with basic programming such as html or javascript a plus but not required
