Web-Based Survey Application Instructor
Vovici Corporation, the leading provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions, is seeking a Web-Based Survey Application Instructor for our corporate headquarters located in Dulles, Virginia. This fast growing software company offers a stable, fast-paced environment with potential for growth.
The Application Instructor will deliver high quality training on the use of Vovici's product line. Training will be delivered at Vovici's offices in Dulles, VA or onsite at the client as assigned.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Develop curriculum that is customized to suit client's needs and requirements
- Deliver training at client sites following the custom curriculum
- Manage all aspects of current and future training programs, including development of new programs and related training materials
- Update/Create training materials consistently to meet the needs of our customers and partners
- Provide innovative, practical and training solutions that save time, increase productivity and improve the way in which people accomplish tasks within our online survey solutions
- Interface with Engineering, Customer Support, Account Management and Marketing to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of Vovici products
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of delivering technical training (preferably software)
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Experience customizing training courseware and courses to fulfill customer requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in course curriculum and materials
- Able to apply and adjust training techniques in accordance with adult students' needs and training content
- Strong working knowledge of computers and web technologies
- Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software products
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, training technologies
- Dynamic and engaging classroom presence with people of different levels, backgrounds and personality styles
- Candidate must be willing to travel regularly (up to 50%)
- Valid employment visa for the US is required

- Must be dependable, self-directing and self-starting
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle concerns in an appropriate place and manner
- Excellent attention to logistical details
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to learn from constructive criticism and take direction from management
