Feedback Advisor - Middle Markets

The New Business Representative - Middle Markets, known as a Feedback Advisor, will be responsible for sales to Vovici's middle market customers. We define the middle market as non-Enterprise businesses, primarily with companies under $1B US in sales. As the Feedback Advisor for this market, the right candidate will use their sales experience to sell the programs and solution packages that solve the feedback challenges faced in this segment, focused on new business opportunities.
The middle market team at Vovici is fueled by both inbound leads and outbound calling efforts, primarily handled over the phone. Vovici is a high-growth company and this role is a key to growing as our business evolves - so an entrepreneurial spirit and approach is welcomed and required.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
- Focus sales efforts to achieve maximum sales performance driven by programs and campaigns with aid from marketing
- There will be regular coaching and sales training for the team, including collaborative sales calls and account planning sessions with the Sales Manager - Middle Markets
- Productivity and pipeline growth are the keys to ensure consistent performance and will be measured to drive overall performance
- Best in class technologies like Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Hoover's and Jigsaw are used by the team to increase sales
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of sales experience, including inside sales
- Software sales experience with a subscription-based or SaaS model
- Proven achievement of sales goals required
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Creative and positive approach with a focus on solving customer's needs
