Greg Stock, Chairman & CEO Prior to Mirage Networks, Stock was a key player in successful DC-area technology companies. As Vice President, Marketing, Stock drove Vastera, a provider of global trade management solutions, to the market leading position and was instrumental in the companies’ successful initial public offering in September, 2000. Previous to this, Stock helped Manugistics, the supply chain management leader, grow to more than $200M in revenues and initiated the company’s expansion into China and Australia during his six-year tenure with the company. Greg holds MBA and BS degrees from the Pennsylvania State University. Rick Rolandi, CFO Steve Freeman, SVP Global Sales Prior to joining Vovici, Freeman was responsible for North America Sales for Endeca Technologies where he drove over 200% revenue growth in two years. Before Endeca, Freeman was head of Worldwide Sales for Above All Software where he took the company from five customers to over 45 in six quarters. Prior to joining Above All Freeman was responsible for building and developing the North American Reseller Channel and General Business sales team for Business Objects. Roderick Morris, SVP Marketing & Operations Prior to joining Vovici, Rod was the general manager for LexisNexis US Business Information Solutions. This included $150M of P&L responsibility for products such as Nexis.com, Publisher, LexisNexis Intelligence Solutions. Earlier at LexisNexis, Rod led businesses in information services, e-discovery services, and corporate legal SaaS solutions. Previously, Rod worked for Bain & Company, Microsoft, Simmons & Company, and Corporate Executive Board. Rod earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Jody Bailey, VP Development & Network Operations Jody has an excellent track record of building high performance engineering teams that have designed and developed world class applications at companies such as VeriSign, Vastera and Fidelity Investments. Through the development of highly motivated teams and the introduction of new process and procedures, Jody has consistently been able to reduce time to market, improve quality as well as predictability of product delivery for both domestic and offshore teams. Prior to Vovici, Jody and his teams were responsible for the design, development and delivery of high availability systems that scale to billions of real-time transactions for RFID/Supply Chain systems critical to protecting health care delivery as well as the registry for .COM and .NET. Jeffrey Henning, PRC, CSO While at Perseus, Henning developed SurveySolutions® for the Web, which won the PC Magazine Editors' Choice Award for web-survey software. He was also named a Visual Basic Programmer's Journal "Basic Hero" in 1999. In 2004, he led the marketing and software development teams that pioneered and named the concept of Enterprise Feedback Management. Prior to co-founding Perseus, Henning worked with BIS Strategic Decisions (now part of Forrester Research) in the U.S. and in Europe managing survey-research projects for high-tech leaders of the Fortune 1000. Henning was formerly a columnist with Computerworld magazine. He writes regularly on the Vovici blog.
