Management Team

Greg Stock, Chairman & CEO
Greg Stock is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years experience. Prior to joining Vovici, Stock most recently served as president and CEO of Mirage Networks, a provider of network security solutions based in Austin, Texas. During his tenure, Stock led the company from start-up to market leader with more than 600 customers across 40 countries. Mirage was successfully acquired by Trustwave in February, 2009.

Prior to Mirage Networks, Stock was a key player in successful DC-area technology companies. As Vice President, Marketing, Stock drove Vastera, a provider of global trade management solutions, to the market leading position and was instrumental in the companies’ successful initial public offering in September, 2000. Previous to this, Stock helped Manugistics, the supply chain management leader, grow to more than $200M in revenues and initiated the company’s expansion into China and Australia during his six-year tenure with the company. Greg holds MBA and BS degrees from the Pennsylvania State University.


Rick Rolandi, CFO
An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Rick Rolandi is responsible for overseeing Vovici’s financial strategy, including capital structuring and profit improvement.

Prior to joining Vovici, Rolandi served as Chief Financial Officer of Softek Storage Solutions Corporation, a provider of data migration software. While in this role, he was responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, information technology, and human resources business functions, supporting the Company’s efforts to becoming a leader in the data migration space. Before working with Softek, Rolandi served as CFO of DataDirect Technologies, where under his leadership the Company’s first two fiscal years as an independent company resulted in consecutive year-over-year increases in revenues and profitability, while also generating strong operating cash flows.  Rolandi was also the CFO of two NASDAQ listed companies, Landmark Systems and Data Measurement Corporation.  Rolandi holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard University.


Steve Freeman, SVP Global Sales
Steve Freeman is responsible for all Global sales for Vovici, bringing over 13 successful years of selling and team development to his role. Freeman oversees all aspects of enterprise and mid-market sales, and well as the development of business relationships with market research firms and strategic partners.

Prior to joining Vovici, Freeman was responsible for North America Sales for Endeca Technologies where he drove over 200% revenue growth in two years. Before Endeca, Freeman was head of Worldwide Sales for Above All Software where he took the company from five customers to over 45 in six quarters. Prior to joining Above All Freeman was responsible for building and developing the North American Reseller Channel and General Business sales team for Business Objects.


Roderick Morris, SVP Marketing & Operations
Roderick Morris leads marketing, product management, customer training, and customer support at Vovici. Earlier at Vovici, he also managed the renewal sales team and professional services.

Prior to joining Vovici, Rod was the general manager for LexisNexis US Business Information Solutions. This included $150M of P&L responsibility for products such as Nexis.com, Publisher, LexisNexis Intelligence Solutions. Earlier at LexisNexis, Rod led businesses in information services, e-discovery services, and corporate legal SaaS solutions. Previously, Rod worked for Bain & Company, Microsoft, Simmons & Company, and Corporate Executive Board. Rod earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.


Jody Bailey, VP Development & Network Operations
Jody Bailey provides executive leadership to the Development and Data Center Operations teams. Jody brings with him over 15 years of experience building highly effective engineering teams. At Vovici Jody is responsible for the design, development and quality assurance of all Vovici’s products as well as managing Data Center Operations in order to ensure the success of Vovici’s SaaS products and customers.

Jody has an excellent track record of building high performance engineering teams that have designed and developed world class applications at companies such as VeriSign, Vastera and Fidelity Investments. Through the development of highly motivated teams and the introduction of new process and procedures, Jody has consistently been able to reduce time to market, improve quality as well as predictability of product delivery for both domestic and offshore teams. Prior to Vovici, Jody and his teams were responsible for the design, development and delivery of high availability systems that scale to billions of real-time transactions for RFID/Supply Chain systems critical to protecting health care delivery as well as the registry for .COM and .NET.


Jeffrey Henning, PRC, CSO
A co-founder of Perseus Development Corp. and a pioneer in the feedback industry, Jeffrey Henning brings a unique depth of experience in driving continuing innovation at Vovici. Henning has 21 years of experience in the market research industry with roles including market research consultant, analyst and writer to complement his time as a software developer for in-house projects and commercial software.

While at Perseus, Henning developed SurveySolutions® for the Web, which won the PC Magazine Editors' Choice Award for web-survey software. He was also named a Visual Basic Programmer's Journal "Basic Hero" in 1999. In 2004, he led the marketing and software development teams that pioneered and named the concept of Enterprise Feedback Management. Prior to co-founding Perseus, Henning worked with BIS Strategic Decisions (now part of Forrester Research) in the U.S. and in Europe managing survey-research projects for high-tech leaders of the Fortune 1000. Henning was formerly a columnist with Computerworld magazine. He writes regularly on the Vovici blog.
