Greg Stock, SVP, Enterprise Feedback Management   Greg Stock, SVP, Enterprise Feedback Management
Greg Stock is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years experience. Prior to joining Vovici, Greg most recently served as president and CEO of Mirage Networks, a provider of network security solutions based in Austin, TX. During his tenure, Greg led the company from start-up to market leader with more than 600 customers across 40 countries. Mirage was successfully acquired by Trustwave in February 2009.

Prior to Mirage Networks, Greg was a key player in successful DC-area technology companies. As Vice President, Marketing, Greg drove Vastera, a provider of global trade management solutions, to the market-leading position and was instrumental in the companies’ successful initial public offering in September 2000. Previously, Greg helped Manugistics, the supply chain management leader, grow to more than $200M in revenues and initiated the company’s expansion into China and Australia during his 6-year tenure with the company. Greg holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University.

Kim Enders, VP, Finance, Vovici

 

Kim Enders, VP, Finance
As Vice President of Finance at Vovici, Kim Enders oversees the company’s finance, administration, and human resources divisions. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in corporate finance and management. Prior to Vovici, Kim served as Vice President Corporate Controller of IXI Corporation, a high-growth, profitable venture-backed company specializing in solutions to differentiate and target consumer households based on measurements of wealth, income and spending. She previously held leadership positions at BCD Travel, Octagon, and Marriott Corporation.

Kim's professional experience also includes working with Price Waterhouse in the audit practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kim holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

 

     

 

Steve Elliott, Chief Technology Officer & VP, Products
Steve Elliott is an accomplished executive with over 16 years of experience in driving innovation and leading enterprise software development teams.  Steve has played a key role in developing market leading product portfolios for several fast-growth companies and his experience includes building, marketing, and selling software in the areas of security management, agile lifecycle management, enterprise resource management, governance risk compliance and identity management solutions.  At Vovici Steve leads Development, SaaS Operations and Information Technology teams with a focus on agility and quality.

Prior to joining Vovici Steve was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Products at Approva Corporation responsible for driving the strategic product direction for Approva’s market leading security and process analytics solutions.  Steve also served as the Vice President of Products at Virsa Systems (SAP) and as the practice leader for the SAFE product offering at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. 

Steve holds an MBA from Texas Tech University, a BS in Computer Science from West Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

A veteran executive, Dave Capuano leads the Marketing and Product Management organizations. Throughout his 18-year career in the information technology industry, Dave has played a key role in leading the product portfolios and marketing activities of a series of new ventures. Dave’s experience includes marketing and product leadership roles in innovative, fast-growth companies.

Most recently, Dave served as the Chief Marketing and Product Officer for Fortisphere, a leading virtualization management company. Dave has also served in executive Marketing and Product Management roles at Novell, e-Security, SilentRunner, and TruSecure Corporation (Cybertrust).

Dave holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

Brian Koma, VP, Research, Vovice
  Brian Koma, VP, Research
Brian Koma is an accomplished research professional with deep domain knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and technologies. He has pioneered new approaches that have enabled some of the world’s largest companies to improve customer loyalty and responsiveness through the innovative use of online feedback and social media. He is a frequent contributor to Vovici’s blog, and shares best practices with professionals across the industry through speaking engagements, white papers, and web seminars.

An entrepreneur by background, Brian joined the company when Vovici acquired Stratagem Marketing,the market research firm he founded and operated for 10 years. Before Stratagem, Brian led the global marketing activities for Legent Corporation’s Enterprise Systems Management division, where he used innovative market research techniques to reposition more than 80 software products. He has also held management positions at The Genix Group and Burson-Marsteller.

Nancy Porte, VP, Customer Experience, Vovici
 
  Nancy Porte, VP, Customer Experience
With over 20 years experience, Nancy Porte is responsible for the Voice of the Customer program while managing customer support, customer training, and CRM systems.

Prior to joining Vovici, Nancy most recently served as Senior Director, Technical Field Operations at Approva, a provider of continuous controls monitoring solutions based in Reston, VA. While at Approva, Nancy implemented a comprehensive client services strategy, resulting in 100% retention of customers over her tenure. Nancy has implemented successful client support and retention strategies at several other DC-area companies including Monster Government Solutions, iDEFENSE, and CareerBuilder.

Ben Smith, VP, North America Sales, Vovici  

Ben Smith, VP, North America Sales
Ben is a Vovici veteran who has held various sales management roles during his tenure at the organization. In his current role, Ben leads North America Sales, where he is responsible for the go-to-market and operational sales strategies.

Previous to his current role, Ben was based in London, England for four years where he successfully launched Vovici’s presence in the EMEA region.

Ben holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Spanish from Bates College and has completed coursework in Economics at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.

Derek Brown is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in software sales and sales management across a broad range of businesses with particular focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, CRM & Field Service markets. Prior to joining Vovici he was a Senior Director at Oracle where he led a Global sales team that specialized in Advanced Scheduling and Optimisation solutions. Other roles include EMEA Sales Director for Vastera and Account Director at Manugistics where he was the Manugistics Global sales achiever with over $8 million in revenue.

During his time in the software industry Derek has built strong leadership and interpersonal skills that involve and stimulate both customers and colleagues using a team-based culture built upon accountability, performance and achievement. Derek is based in London and is responsible for all Vovici’s sales and business operations in the EMEA region. Areas of oversight include new business development, channel partner acquisition & management, and customer retention.

 

     
Gabby Wong, VP, Professional Services, Vovici  

Gabby Wong, VP, Professional Services
With over 16 years of experience in the management consulting and software industry, Gabby Wong is an accomplished executive focused on building high-growth, revenue-generating Professional Services organizations with a mission of customer success. At Vovici, Gabby is responsible for the revenue growth, sales, operations, and delivery success of the Professional Services organization. 

She brings a wealth of services experience, both delivery and sales, to Vovici.  Most recently, at Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS), which was acquired by Raytheon, Gabby was the Vice President of Professional Services, where she managed more than 50 engineers and grew net margins by 300% and revenue by 30% in two years.  Prior to TCS, Gabby was the Director of Professional Services at Primavera Systems, which was acquired by Oracle, where she established and grew a thriving consulting practice focused on Primavera’s IT governance and portfolio management solution, known as ProSight. Gabby started the ProSight consulting practice and grew it to a team of more than 25 consultants with annual revenues of over $10 million.

Gabby started her career in the management consulting industry at Deloitte Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services industry and the Federal government, providing strategy and business process services.
