CRMSurveyor from WebSurveyor Now Available on Salesforce.com's AppExchange

Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy CRMSurveyor within Their Salesforce Implementation for Real Time Customer Feedback on Sales and Service Processes

SAN FRANCISCO - salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference - October 09, 2006 -WebSurveyor and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced the availability of CRMSurveyor for salesforce.com's AppExchange. CRMSurveyor enables companies to automatically gather real time customer feedback and to continuously improve the critical processes in sales, marketing and service that drive business results. CRMSurveyor is immediately available to demo and deploy at http://www.crmsurveyor.com. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce '06, salesforce.com's User and Developer Conference.

Through CRMSurveyor's seamless integration with Salesforce, a customer is automatically asked a standard set of questions when a deal is won or lost, or a service ticket is closed. Results are fed automatically to Salesforce dashboards and delivered via email in a wide array of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Email alerts can be triggered when poor scores are received, enabling management to take immediate action. This valuable customer feedback enables organizations to analyze the dynamics of wins and losses, understand the quality of service delivery, evaluate customer-facing staff, and better understand customers' experience, opinions and preferences. CRMSurveyor can be installed, personalized and up and running in minutes; no training is required.

"Companies are using on-demand business services like Salesforce today to institute transparent, metric-driven sales and service processes," said David Alison, Chief Technology Officer, WebSurveyor. "CRMSurveyor integrates customer feedback into those processes, helping managers obtain instant, actionable intelligence that will make their businesses more agile and responsive."

"The AppExchange was developed to enable salesforce.com customers to take advantage of powerful new on-demand applications quickly and easily and to customize and integrate the salesforce.com platform to meet new business needs," said Matt Holleran, vice president, AppExchange partners, salesforce.com. "CRMSurveyor delivers on this promise and is simple to integrate and personalize, and delivers actionable results quickly and in a meaningful way."

CRMSurveyor for AppExchange is one of more than 375 applications now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the world's first on-demand directory and sharing service, found at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange.
