Vovici Experiences Record Breaking Month in Survey Adoption

Leading EFM Provider Continues Sales Momentum and Exceeds 2008 Projections

Dulles, VA - February 12, 2008 - Vovici (voh-VEE-see), the leading provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), today announces that its online survey services and software have been used in record breaking numbers for the month of January 2008. Continuing on its momentum from 2007, the Company experienced increases in the number of surveys issued and completed across its EFM product line.

Specifically, Vovici experienced growth in the following areas throughout the month of January:

  • The number of new surveys created with its enterprise class tool, EFM community, was the highest in the Company's history, exceeding the previous high by more than 25 percent. The growth in the Community product demonstrates that customers are looking to consolidate on an enterprise level platform for feedback activity.
  • The number of published surveys per active customer account was also the highest number recorded, exceeding December by 46 percent and the 2007 monthly average by 38 percent.
  • January was also a high month for surveys starts and survey completes, as both were up 11 percent and 8 percent respectively over the monthly averages for 2007.
  • User reporting and analysis also far exceeded previous months, with users running reports at a 39 percent higher rate than the 2007 monthly average.
