Vovici Promotes Eileen Townsend to VP of Global Customer Management

Dulles, VA – November 11, 2008Vovici, the leading provider of software as a service solutions for Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and online community software, today announces the promotion of Eileen Townsend to VP of Global Customer Management. In this enhanced role, she has responsibility for Vovici's recurring revenue base of thousands of customers around the globe and will play a key part on Vovici's senior leadership team.

Vovici's strong line of integrated products, new functionality and enhanced product feature set all play a vital role to the increase in renewal rates.

Prior to taking on the role of VP of Global Customer Management, Townsend was Senior Director of Account Management and served in Vovici's Research Services group, where she was responsible for increasing professional services revenues over 200% in 18 months.

Before joining Vovici, Townsend served in senior marketing and sales positions at Brainbench Corporation and EDS.
