Train the Trainer: Become the Expert
Our Train the Trainer workshop is designed to provide trainers with the expertise and advanced skills necessary to effectively train others in their organization. The workshop is tailored for both new and experienced trainers covering techniques for a variety of skill sets. In addition to the training curriculum on EFM Community and EFM Community Administration, trainers will receive best practices and business knowledge to help further your organization's implementation.
This three-day workshop provides a unique combination of collaborative and active learning principles including:- Introduction to Vovici EFM Community: A two-day course covering the beginning and advanced topics necessary to master our dynamic, web-based product. This hands-on course will cover the full life-cycle of survey creation, deployment, data management, and data analysis required for the completion of a successful survey project.
- Vovici EFM Community Administration: A one day session created specifically for those who want to focus even further on learning more advanced features of EFM Community and have already completed a previous two-day, full curriculum training course.
- Vovici EFM Community Tips for Trainers: A half day session to get real buy-in from participants by orchestrating a dynamic training environment, choosing and sequencing activities and structuring a program so that each participant learns continuously and effortlessly through the phases of training. This interactive session will allow the attendees to be able to customize the best practices and complementary activities that should be used for an audience with varying roles, permissions and administrative rights into the Vovici EFM Community Platform.
