Managing a panel of thousands of listeners can prove difficult for even the most seasoned researcher.
Launched in May 2007, the NPR Listens panel represents over 15,000 public radio listeners in over 60 countries and all 50 U.S. states. Panelists provide feedback on current programs, inform the development of new programming, and help NPR better understand its role in the lives of listeners.
