Survey on Nontraditional Programs for Nonimmigrants
NAFSA: Association of International Educators has created a task force to identify and analyze common nontraditional programs and immigration issues associated with these programs. The task force would like to gather key data from practitioners regarding these programs. The results of the survey will be used internally and solely by the Task Force to make recommendations for NAFSA staff and its appropriate committees to advocate through government liaison for possible regulatory changes to make international student participation in these programs less challenging for institutions.
