Organization Account Activation Request Form

Organization accounts are available in the @u.northwestern.edu domain to facilitate enhanced communications between the group and students at Northwestern University. Members of the Northwestern community may establish an organization account by completing and submitting the required information below. Student groups must be recognized by a school or academic department.

NOTE: Organization accounts for student groups will also include a membership group.

You will receive notification within three business days of the status of your request. Upon approval, instructions will be e-mailed to the Primary Account Owner with log in information for your new organization account in @u.northwestern.edu.
